Objective

Students understand widely the concept of diversity.
He is able to identify factors of diversity in a work community.
He can understand challenges in management of the complex work community and he is able to see diversity of an organization as a resource.
The student knows the challenges and possibilities of distance management.

Content

-Basics of diversity management and complexity
-Sense making and decision making in a complex environment
-Impact of diversity management to profit, quality and welfare
-Individuality, community, equality and fairness in the workplace
-Identification of challenges in management and diversity in work community

The student knows moderately basic tools and concepts of diversity management and complexity thinking.
The student can identify some mechanisms of diversity and complexity management. He is be able to describe decisions related to diversity and complexity management.

The student knows satisfactorily basic tools and concepts of diversity management and complexity thinking. The student can recognize some mechanisms of diversity and complexity management. He is able to identify decisions related to diversity and complexity management that support profitable activities, quality and welfare.
