The student is able to apply operating models and various kinds of tools in individual and team leadership situations and develop the organisational coaching leadership practices to build up an effective and encouraging work community.

Course intended learning outcome
The student is familiar with and understands the approaches and operating practices of coaching leadership as part of effective leadership work. The student is able to apply operating models and various kinds of tools in individual and team leadership situations and develop the organisational coaching leadership practices to build up an effective and encouraging work community.
