You understand the basics of planning, management, consulting and evaluation in a networked and multi-disciplinary client work. You make unilateral use of the knowledge base in your reasoning. You understand the rationale and starting points for development work.

You understand and can specify the principles of planning, management, consultation and evaluation in networked and multidisciplinary client work. You use and apply the knowledge base in your reasoning based on sources. Understand and apply the rationale and starting points for development work.

You can apply and analyse the principles of planning, management, consultancy and evaluation in networked and multidisciplinary client work.
