Objective

The student understands the key factors and procedures of international product business and especially the role of marketing management in creating profitable business.

Content

Product development, marketing, sales and management of distribution channels as key elements in creating profitable business.
The contents of income statement and balance sheet.

Qualifications

Basics of business studies and ICT skills (first year's studies)

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The evaluation takes place based on the team’s success in the simulation game, the contents of the reports and the quality of the presentations.
Excellent (5)
The team succeeds in the competitive market based on their effective team work and the strategic understanding of the team members. Evidence of strategic thinking can be obtained also from the reports and presentations.
Good (3-4): Students are able to influence the success of their company in the competition giving their input to the team work and decision making.
Satisfactory/sufficient (1-2): The students understand the basic elements of marketing management and their role in creating successful business. They act as team members in decision making process.
