Objective

The student is able to plan, organize, direct and controll business functions, especially in farm business. The student can determine and implement the necessary actions to improve production processes, financial administration and
human resource management.

Content

Strategic management in a company, marketing, pricing, budjeting, improving production processes, quality management and control, financial analysis, financial management, investment analysis, risk management, production contract management, human resource management.

Qualifications

The students know company forms and the procedures related to the launching of business. They master bookkeeping in a company and other entrepreneur’s duties.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Adeguate 1. The student is able to make business analysis based on given source information. The student knows basics of business management.
Satisfactory 2. In addition to aforementioned the student is able to plan actions for a given company with alloted planning methods and source information.
Good H3. The student can make complete and realizable plans with different methods independently.
Very good learner (K4). In addition fo aforementioned the student is able to organize, direct and control business actions.
Excellent (E5). The student can implement his/her leadership in fluctuating operational environment and can evaluate the consequencies of actions to running a business.
