The student knows and understands different representations of geometric primitives studied in the course. They identify their implementations and can apply them to their own field. The student understands the principles of various geometrical tests and methods and is able to assess their functionality.

Different representations of a line, a plane, second-degree curves, a sphere, a triangle and a prism in 2 and 3 dimensions. Distance from a point to a line and a plane, closest point on a line, on a plane, on a circle/sphere. Intersection and collision methods
