Objective
The participants understand how knowledge is created, refined and utilised in business activity. They can share know-how along different channels and make so-called “author’s knowledge” visible and transferable. The students master the basics of knowledge theories and understand how knowledge environments are built. The can also use IT to naturally support human interaction.
Content
Knowledge theory and its practical applications, types of knowledge, sharing know-how along different communication channels, and building knowledge environments.
Qualifications
Basic skills in the development of personal competence, team learning and activity, project work and management.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
Self-assessment, coach-assessment and peer-assessment of the aforementioned implementations. The coach determines the final grade.
