Objective

The participants master the basics of operative and tactical management in a company. They can manage projects and naturally integrate them with the goals and vision of a company. In addition, they master the essential tools of managerial work (meetings, reporting, time management, and development discussions).

Content

Project planning and management, reporting, meetings as tools of management, time management, development discussions, setting targets.

Qualifications

Basic skills in the development of personal competence and team learning, project work and team activity, and the financial and administrative operations of a company.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Self-assessment, coach-assessment and peer-assessment of the aforementioned implementations. The coach determines the final grade.
