Objective

The students are familiarised with the basics of marketing from the perspectives of both the consumer and the enterprise. The role of marketing in a company’s operations, the connection between marketing, business idea and mission, analysis tools and their use, consumer behaviour, and other specific themes in marketing are introduced.

Content

Customer-oriented marketing, its dimensions and significance for the operation of a company; the connection between marketing, business idea and mission; the use of analyses in planning marketing, interest group thinking, the characteristics of marketing.
