Objective
The students understand the significance and tasks of management and professionalism in the development of the operation of an organisation, in particular, in the IT sector. They attain a basic knowledge of modern personnel management and administration. In addition, they are familiar with the extensive knowledge and skills requirements which the information society sets on job descriptions.
Content
Individual activity and the conditions for group activity in organisations. Forms of organisation. Management and leadership. The basic features of the job descriptions of ICT professionals, their requirements, development history and future. Life-long learning and its significance. The creation of a career and learning plan.
