Objective
The students will learn basic information and methods of planning, monitoring and tutoring a project. They can work as a manager in information system projects.
Content
The course focuses on project leadership from the perspective of administration. The central contents include project planning, follow-up methods, control methods, assessment of work load, change management, result surveys and their approval. The students act as project managers in IT projects during the course. The course also includes personnel management operations.
