Osaamistavoitteet

The students are able to act in typical more demanding working life communication situations both orally and in writing, supporting their networking-specific competence.
They are able to prepare and give clear, structured presentations related to networking using appropriate terminology.
They are familiar with central terminology of their field and motivated to broaden it as part of their professional identity.
They are able to produce documents and messages in an appropriate style preferably integrated with professional studies ( e.g. reports in accordance with JAMK Report Writing Instructions)

Customer contacts, e.g.:
- field-specific presentations
- meetings and negotiations
- trade fairs
- problem situations and complaints
Producing texts in formal style
