Objective

Students;
Recognizes the central phenomenons,contents and operational environments used in social media
and is able to utilize that knowledge in his/her field of expertise.
Knows the essential terminology and netiquette rules of social media
Have a general knowledge concerning the history the presnt of SoMe and
he/she is able to think SoMe phenomenon in a future-oriented manner.

Main areas;
SoMe as a phenomenon
Vocabulary and SoMe tools
Social media->business and revenue
Netiquette point of view.
Research&theoretical assignment.
Individual Final Assignment (can also be a group/pair work-depends on case)

Qualifications

No technical background required.This course concentrates more on
content and phenomena in Social Media

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Each assignment will be evaluted individually (0-5) and the criteria will be seen
in online material (in Optima)There will be few few small "etude" assignments where the scale is
passed/failed
