Practical Training 1 (6cr)

Objective

The students understand the significance of dairy cattle husbandry for a farm as a whole, and the significance of bookkeeping related to animal husbandry for the development of production. They master daily farm routines under supervision, e.g. milking, feeding and hygiene. They know the basics of animal health and heat observation. They know how to carry out farm work safely and timely according to instructions.
