Objective
The students are able to deepen and broaden their oral and written interactive language skills supporting field-specific competence and are familiar with the cultural features of the target area, as well as their significance for international interaction and communication. They are motivated to maintain and advance these language skills as part of their professional identity.
Content
Presentations, e.g. product/company presentations; terminology and concepts of the field; client contacts, counselling. Electronic communication, e.g. e-mail and phone; argumenting communication, e.g. comments, meetings and negotiations, problem situations and complaints; summaries, e.g. reports, memos. Knowledge of culture; data acquisition.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
Oral and written mastery of professional situations. Writing a summary and/or e-mail message and phone conduct.
