Objective
The students are able to assess and develop the operations of an accommodation business from the perspectives of customer relationship marketing, product development, and management.

The students deepen their know-how related to hotel service operations through work in versatile practical tasks in accommodation businesses, and through familiarisation with the management of an accommodation business.
