The students
•recognize new business opportunities based on future consumer needs, the resources of the business environment, and the competitive situation
•create innovative, successful, responsible and future-oriented products and services for tourism enterprises

-identification of future consumer needs and behaviour
-examples of innovation work tools and their use

-know their chosen tourismbranch, its general competitive and success factors, and the conditions of business activity.
-understand the significance of responsible, future- and customer-oriented business activity for a company’s success as well as for society.

General sources of material or material that has been delivered during the course has been barely used
