- 1: The student knows the basics of the marketing and meaning of CRM and distribution channel management in the accommodation business - both off line and on line.
- 2: The student knows the basics of the marketing and understands the meaning of CRM and distribution channel management in the accommodation business - both off line and on line.
- 3: The student can use the given methods to run marketing activities, CRM and distribution channel management in an accommodation company.
- 4: The student can reason and use the given methods to run marketing activities, CRM and distribution channel management in an accommodation company.- 5: The student can analyse and reason the use of the different off linen and on line marketing methods and CRM. The student can apply off line and on line distribution channel management in an accommodation company.
