Objective
The students are familiar with the possibilities of exercise for the disabled and the conducting of exercise classes, and can adapt different exercise forms and situations. They are able to create natural contacts with different groups of the disabled.
Content
The basics of leading and instructing adapted physical exercise. Mental disability and autism. Adapted swimming. Sherborne method. Adapted
games and plays. Motor tract. Adapting and leading different exercise forms for child and adolescent groups with specific needs (autism, mental disability, cerebral palsy, mental problems, vision impairment).
Qualifications
Ability to conduct group exercise sessions
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
Active participation and production of ideas in contact classes and in planning exercise sessions, in guidance and assessment of implementation; reporting of visits to groups, advanced assignment.
