Objective
The students are able to act as equal members of a student group. They are able to identify their own learning ideas and know the main areas of expertise in nursing. They are trained to evaluate their own nursing competence and to provide constructive peer evaluation. They have practiced reflecting on phenomena related to expertise in nursing (ethics, collegiality, empowerment, worker's protection). The students have the knowledge and skills required to market themselves and to find an employment.

The principles and practices of student teamwork.
Planning one's own career.
Competence in nursing, career development models.
How to apply developmental discussions to promote professional development, peer evaluation.
Expertise in nursing.
Life management / empowerment (in connection with Pehy).
Worker's protection / well-being at work / work guidance (in connection with Hoty).
Recruitment (the last semester before orientation practice)
