Chromatography (7cr)

Objective

The students are able to perform chromatographic separations, understanding the physical-chemical principles of the analysis methods. They master the terminology related to the methods and are able to maintain chromatographic equipment also based on instructions in foreign languages.

Content

Separation principles and their application (paper, thin-layer, column, gas and liquid chromatography), gel filtration and electrophoresis.
