Objective

The student understands how to translate identified needs into a high-quality order and learns to make responsible renovation decisions. You know the key contents of contract law in a construction project and the basics of planning related to the implementation of the project. You also know how to take into account life cycle thinking and the basics of property management. You know the stages of a construction project, the parties to the project and their tasks. The student gains the basic skills to handle administrative tasks related to renovation projects.
