Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
After completing the course, you will be able to select measurable processes and quantities that are relevant to a production goal and plan a measurement that is sufficient for the goal. You will be able to try the implementation of a measurement under supervision. You will be able to document the measurement results in a valid form and you will be able to assess the reliability of the results from a few perspectives.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
After completing the course, you will be able to choose measurable processes and quantities relevant to a production goal, justifying them, and plan a measurement that benefits the goal in many ways. You will be able to carry out the measurement under guidance. You will be able to document the measurement results in a comprehensive manner and you will be able to assess the reliability of the results from several perspectives, understanding the benefits of the measurement results to the bioeconomy production process.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
After the course, you will master the selection process of measurable processes and quantities relevant to the production goal and know how to create a measurement that benefits the goal in a variety of ways. You will be able to test and optimize the measurement advancing the instructions. You will be able to document the measurement results in a comprehensive manner and critically evaluate the reliability of the results in a variety of ways, while understanding the benefits of the measurement results for the bioeconomy production process.
Further information
The course will be implemented according to the Finnish growing season, starting in spring and ending in autumn. The measurements will be mainly located in the surroundings of the Bioeconomy Campus smart farm.
