Quality Systems (6cr)

Objective

The students are able to plan and manage planning and development projects of quality, environmental and safety systems (ISO9000, ISO/TS 16949 (QS9000), ISO14001, OHSAS18001). They are also able to use some of the most advanced quality tools (QS9000 Tools). They are able to apply quality award criteria and to perform quality assurance of measurements.

Content

Operation systems, system and process thinking, operation system standards, system design, building, maintenance and development. Use and application of quality award criteria, quality assurance (calibration, RR Tests) of measurements (systems).

Qualifications

Understanding of production systems and basics of industrial economics.

o Excellent (5) The student has reached the objectives of the course in an excellent way
o Good (3-4) The student has reached the objectives of the course
o Satisfactory-Sufficient (2-1) The student has reached the main objectives of the course
