Business Development (5cr)

Objective

The students can either launch or develop their own business or that of a partner company, or they can support or start generational transfer in a company. They can apply the key tools of business development.

Content

Previously created plans are specified (business plan; marketing, investment, financing plans, etc). Specialization is possible according to the target company's needs in e.g. international business or generational transfer. Plenty of teamwork and individual guidance related to business competence training, and translation of good practices into students' tools and development in the target company.

Qualifications

An idea of business activity, e.g. one's own business plan / internal development plan / generational transfer / an unexecuted plan created in earlier studies

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Mastery of development tools, realism of plans and their execution process
