Objective
The student understands the structures of control systems and can analyze and tune the system so that the main quality measures of the process can be met. The student can design and tune the process controls in a case where delays, nonlinearities and disturbances exist. The student can design feedforward and cascade control loops.

 TSASO - Design competence
The student can design the principled control diagram according to process diagram.

TSAPL - Competence in processes, machines and systems
The student can design the suitable control solution for the processes and field devices.

 EA-ER - Engineering practice
The student can test and tune the PID controller of the laboratory process.
