Osaamistavoitteet

The student is able to have a comprehensive framework for understanding Nordic business culture. They have a better understanding of the Nordic society and the way of life. The student is able to do some basic small talk both in Finnish and Swedish/Nordic languages.

Business small talk in Nordic countries (basic Finnish and Swedish/Nordic greetings, ice breakers in Finnish and Swedish, topics, what to talk about/what not to talk about in negotiations, how to approach people)
