Development Research Methods (10cr)

Objective

The students are able to apply the principles and methods of contemporary project management and scientific research to organisational development and especially to the planning, implementation, evaluation and reporting of their own development project.

Content

Project planning, implementation, evaluation and communication; development-oriented research approaches (i.e. action research, constructive research), qualitative and quantitative research methods and the research plan.

Qualifications

Basics of research methods.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Quality of participation in the classes and development project seminars, quality of the student's project/research plan for his/her own development project
