Sisältö

This is the final course of the second year and the whole master’s degree programme. The students work individually or, if they intend to write group theses, in their thesis teams. It is assumed that students will apply the Supercoach® tools and techniques to their development project based on reshaped concepts. The course includes home assignments and an intensive one-week workshop based on Supercoach® experiences. The emphasis in the course is on the provision of evidence for assertions, on giving critical but positive feedback, on reshaping of business concepts, and on professional presentation.
