Osaamistavoitteet

The students broaden and deepen their competencies for the needs of working life and larger development projects. In their development project, they are able to combine research and development methodological competence with the content competence related to the development target and to solve a real workplace problem in a way which benefits the target organisation.

Sisältö

Guidance, seminars, discussions with the representative of the organisation.

Esitietovaatimukset

Content competence, communication competence and development competence in the chosen development target.

Arviointikriteerit, tyydyttävä (1)

Assessment of the thesis based on common criteria.
