Objective
Upon completion of the course, the students have a basic ability to work as supervisors of a group or in other managerial tasks, depending on their prior experience.
Content
The students are familiarized with organizations, their management, and leadership. Leadership and management are examined from different perspectives, including personnel and quality management and strategic management. Leadership studies focus on the management of people and on organizations as work communities. The participants practice essential teamwork and cooperation skills needed in working life.
