Objective
Based on economic information, the students can analyze a company’s past operations and create alternative forecasts on future development. They can utilize this information in the decision-making situations of corporate management. They are familiar with the tasks of managerial accounting, as well as with common calculation methods and their application. They understand the significance of marketing for business activity, can recognize the internal and external factors affecting the success of the marketing of expert services, and can evaluate their own performance from the perspective of the marketing of an enterprise. They can produce and interpret contracts of their professional field.
Content
Reporting on financial statements, the analysis and interpretation of financial accounts data, the creation of development forecasts. Utilization of analysis software. The collection and recording of data for managerial accounting. Gross margin accounting and its indicators, calculations and common pricing methods. Accounting in a manufacturing company: addition calculation and activity accounting. The characteristics of marketing theories, the marketing of services, relationship marketing, and b-to-b marketing. Making a contract, the validity of a contract, contract conciliation, contract interpretation, breach of contract.
