The student recognises his/her strengths and can act in a development-oriented and innovative manner in different operating environments.

The student understands the consulting needs of his/her own specialty area and can build a consulting structure. He/she has mastered different substance consultation work methods and can follow through a consultation process. The student recognises his/her strengths and can act in a development-oriented and, within the scope of his/her work area, innovative manner.
3 (Good)
The student understands the consulting needs of his/her own specialty area and can build a consulting structure.
