Development of Business Operations in a Company (7cr)

Objective

The students are able to develop or launch the business of their own company or that of a partner company, or support or start generational transfer in a company. They can apply business developement tools.

Content

The plans (business plan, marketing, investment, financial etc. plans) devised earlier are specified and extended in the course. It is possible to specialize according to the needs of one's target company, e.g. in issues related to international business or generational transfer. The course includes business skills training and development of good practices to be adopted as tools for students, aiming to enhance the operations of the target company.

Qualifications

A view on business activity, e.g. one's own business plan / internal development plan / the principles of a plan for generational transfer / a plan created in earlier studies but not implemented yet

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Mastery of development tools, realistic concretization of plans
