Objective
The students master the visual expression methods of sign language as well as its grammar. They have increased their vocabulary, understanding and being able to fluently produce sign language related to different customer service situations in their field.

The grammar and field-specific terms of sign language, conversation exercises with people using sign language
Qualifications
The students know the visual expression methods of sign language, master grammar and vocabulary, and understand and can produce sign language related to everyday life.
