Objective

The student recognizes his/her basic competences: knowledge, skills, attitude, motivation and contacts.

The student is able to communicate his/her competences to target groups in an attractive way.

The student is able to use the sales funnel technique in the sales process of his/her competences, and also able to control the sales process.

The student knows the marketing principles of his/her competences and is able to communicate in different channels.

Content

The competence hand technique in identifying one's own competences. The sales funnel, target group and network analysis. The sales process of competences. Competence documents: competence offer, competence-based resume, competence folder, quarterly offer. Social media as a competence forum.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student recognizes his/her own competences, is able to draw sales-oriented documentation based on competences and is able to utilize the documents in his/her competence marketing plan.
