Objective
Student -can critically evaluate mental health and substance abuse work in accordance with international and national human rights recommendations and regulations -can evaluate and develop their own activities and the activities of their work community from the perspective of human rights, inclusion and recovery orientation -critically examines mental health and mental health challenges from different theoretical perspectives -develops and implements customer-oriented, inclusion-enhancing and stigma-reducing operating methods

Opintojaksolle voivat osallistua Tampereen, Jyväskylän, Turun, Oulun ja Satakunnan ylemmän ammattikorkeakoulun mielenterveys- ja päihdetyön opiskelijat näiden ammattikorkeakoulujen keskinäisen sopimuksen mukaisesti. Opintojakso kuuluu Oamkissa kliinisen asiantuntijan/ mielenterveys- ja päihdetyön opintojen tutkinto-opiskelijoiden sekä näiden opintojen polkuopiskelijoiden opetussuunnitelmaan. Opintojakso ei ole avoinna muiden koulutusohjelmien opiskelijoille, eikä avoimen ylemmän amkin opiskelijoille (pois lukien edellä mainitut polkuopiskelijat).
