Objective

Objectives This course is an introductory overview of pathophysiology. The aim of the course is to provide a general understanding of pathophysiology as a scientific discipline, as well as related concepts and the most common disease mechanisms, their causes, and their effects at the organism level.

Content

In pathophysiology 1 course begins with cellular-level damage and disorders and progresses to disease mechanisms, covering various pathological conditions along with their causes and consequences. The course consists of video lectures and concludes with a multiple-choice exam.
