Objective
Students - understand the significance of customer relationship management in management and promoting the quality of care and services - understand the significance of developing the key healthcare organisational structures and management principles in promoting health and social justice - understand the significance of nursing management in the activities of the work community and team and promotion of care and quality - understand their responsibility for managing themselves and developing their work-life skills - identify their role in specialist and immediate supervisor tasks - understand the basics of entrepreneurship in healthcare and its significance as part of the social service system

- customer relationship management, health benefit models, quality of services and care - healthcare organisational structures, management systems, differences in management theories and practices - the role and task of a manager in nursing - work-life skills: immediate supervisors and work community skills, management of oneself and personal competence, collegiality, giving and receiving feedback, cost-awareness and financial activities - immediate supervisory work, customer care coordination, prioritising and resourcing work tasks, patient classification - entrepreneurship as a nurse
