The student can identify and explain the significance of creativity as a resource in life. The student is able to utilize creativity in their everyday life and the possibilities it offers for the benefit of their sustainable well-being.

Content

What exactly is creativity and what is its relevance in life? Leverage your inner creative potential and learn how to use it in building your own sustainable everyday life! Through practical assignments, you will examine for example: Definitions of creativity, the connections between creativity and well-being, and the potential of creativity in your own daily life.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

The student can describe the bond between creativity and well-being, grounded in theory. The student is able to identify factors that influence their own creativity and find ways to preserve it.
