Objective

The student - is able to critically evaluate their own digital and broad-based expert competence in relation to the changing demands of working life; - designs and assesses their personal competence development plan by utilising the principles of lifelong learning and a variety of learning environments; - is able to apply opportunities related to expert branding as part of career development, the enhancement of job roles, and making expertise visible; - is able to evaluate the digital capacities and competence needs of the work community from the perspective of development and change; - is able to plan, implement, and assess development measures related to the competence of the work community; - is able to utilise various digital methods as part of expert work and to lead the development of digital capacities; - is able to lead and promote a workplace culture that supports the adoption of digitalisation and the development of digital capacities.

Content

- Identifying one's own competences and a development plan, as well as branding - Assessment and development of staff competences and digital capabilities - Theories of learning and foundations of training - Fundamentals of learning design - Innovative and impactful teaching methods in expert work - Planning, implementation and evaluation of education

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student demonstrates mastery of the basic content of the study module, but there are shortcomings in independent information acquisition, interpretation, and the ability to apply what has been learnt.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student demonstrates a good command of the course content. They actively seek information and interpret its key connections. They possess the ability to analyse what they have learned and to apply their knowledge in practice.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student demonstrates a comprehensive and wide-ranging mastery of the course content. Their skill in acquiring information appropriate to the purpose is excellent. In the solutions they produce, they demonstrate independence and responsibility. Their ability to apply learnt knowledge in practice reflects creativity and breadth of perspective.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

Accepted: The student demonstrates mastery of the basic content of the course unit, but there are shortcomings in independent information acquisition, interpretation, and in the ability to apply what has been learned to practice.
