Objective
The student knows the trends of sustainable development theory and understands the connection of sustainable development to wellbeing promotion work. The student recognizes different forms of implementing sustainable development and knows how to apply and develop them.
Content
The concept of sustainable development, theoretical starting points and goals in wellbeing promotion work. The different implementation methods that take into account sustainable development and their development.

Assessment 0-5 Assessment criteria as the attachment of the curriculum. The teacher of the study unit informs the assessment criterias in the beginning of the study unit.
