Objective

The student knows the specific features of the operating environment of social and health services and the different ways of organising and producing these services. The student understands the importance of sustainability and responsibility in entrepreneurship and management in the social and health care sector. The student understands the entrepreneurial attitude and the social relevance of entrepreneurship. The student identifies private, public and third sector businesses and opportunities for entrepreneurship in the social and health sector. The student understands the importance of productivity and profitability of organisations and enterprises in the sector, and is familiar with the key concepts and practices of management and local management. The student understands the importance of management for the success of an organisation or business.
