Objective
The student is able to - design, orchestrate and manage customer’s experiences - create meanings and meaningful contents and solutions in tourism and leisure - apply design and user-centrism in development of tourism, hospitality and leisure services and business
Content
This course introduces students to the principles and practices of designing meaningful and engaging experiences, particularly within the tourism, hospitality, and leisure sectors. Students will learn how to plan, orchestrate, and manage customer experiences, applying design thinking and user-centered approaches to create value and enhance service offerings.
Qualifications
The following skills and understanding are recommended to support successful learning: - Basic knowledge of design thinking and user-centered approaches - Familiarity with the tourism, hospitality, or service business context - Ability to work effectively in group projects and case analyses - Basic digital skills and competence in visual communication
