Criminal and Procedural Law (5cr)

Objective

The student will be able to: - general doctrines of criminal law - Identify the main types of offences and their constituent elements, as well as the most common types of offences. - the main principles of criminal and civil procedure, the conduct of proceedings, summary procedure and applications

Qualifications

Juridiikan perusteet ja hallinto-oikeus suoritettuna tai vastaavat tiedot tai työskentely viranomaisessa esitutkinta taikka prosessioikeuden parissa. Opiskelijalla tulee olla valmiudet lain opiskeluun ja juridisten tietolähteiden etsimiseen.
