Production of Services (5cr)

Objective

The students master the processes of project management and can utilize a process in a real-life project. They are able to productize and develop services. They can apply their skills to problem-based analyses of working life phenomena, to independent data acquisition, and to the search for creative solutions.

Content

Basics of productization / product development, product development in a service company as a project: project plan, project implementation in practice, data acquisition, analysing, creative solutions, reporting, evaluation

Qualifications

Project planning and management

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Inexperienced performer 1-2
The student masters the basics of productization / product development. He/she can plan, implement, report on and evaluate a product development project.

Developing performer 3-4
In addition to the aforementioned, the student demonstrates through the product development project a good ability to solve complex problems and good project management skills.

Competent performer 5
In addition to the aforementioned, the student can produce innovative solutions to work-related problems and can perceive development challenges in an organization from a broader perspective.
