Objective

Purpose of the Course
To understand the principles of data-driven management and its potential applications, and to identify the organizational functions in which data is generated. In addition, the course aims to clarify the sources and channels through which data can be mapped. Learners will recognize the principles of data management and storage, apply available data to support operational development, and use it as a basis for anticipatory planning.

The student identifies opportunities related to data-driven management in service business. The student demonstrates competence in group-based co-creation. The student recognizes individual data-driven management methods in service development and knows the basic principles of data-driven management.

2 Satisfactory
The student identifies opportunities related to data-driven management in service business. The student demonstrates competence in group-based co-creation. The student recognizes individual data-driven management methods and concrete tools for service development and knows the basic principles of data-driven management.

3 Good
The student understands the opportunities and practices of data-driven management in service business. The student demonstrates competence in group-based co-creation. The student is familiar with data-driven management methods and concrete tools for service development and can choose appropriate ones based on the need.

4 Very Good
The student is able to apply the opportunities of data-driven management and various tools in the development of service business. The student demonstrates responsible and proficient co-creation in a group. The student uses data-driven management tools and interprets the available data to support decision-making.

Excellent
The student is able to apply the principles, methods, and tools of data-driven management in practice to develop service business. The student demonstrates responsible and proficient co-creation in a group. The student is able to conduct comprehensive analysis of available data, apply different data-driven management models in support of that analysis, and generate new interpretations from the insights gained.
