• Immigration and refugee policy in Finland: Emigration from Finland, Immigration to Finland
• Global immigration and current issues in asylum seeker´s process
• Immigration, asylum seekers and multicultural work
• Integration and acculturation process to a new country and to a new culture
• The meaning of culture and identity in integration process
• Culturally conscious worker: Preventing the process of prejudice and racism, interaction between people from different cultures
•Integration services, Integration legislation

The student knows the main features of nordic welfare policy and the finnish social security system
