Objective
After completing the course, you will
- recognize and describe key ethical concepts, principles, and theories from a decision-making perspective
- recognize ethical problems and conflicts in everyday situations in the welfare sector, management, and work communities
- be able to analyze ethical dilemmas and examine them from different perspectives (customers, staff, organization, society)
- apply ethical principles to make well-founded and fair decisions
- assess the impact of decisions and justify your solutions clearly and transparently
