Objectives

The student perceives managerial interaction as an essential management skill. He/She recognizes manager as a creator of organizational culture and desirable interaction in the workplace. The student understands the significance of positive interactional experiences in managerial encounters and in managing change. He/She can analyze managerial interactions’ effect on wellbeing at work, work productivity and employee commitment. The student learns to identify His/Her own interaction styles and its effect on work community, and is able to relate to different points of view on diversity management.

Content

Organizational behavior and managerial work. Diversity management. Emotions and feelings in working life. Communication and social skills in challenging situations. Team dynamics and group work. Personal development as a manager/leader.
